Private operational web app
AtoZ Delivery App
E-commerce Integration & Driver Management
The Brief
AtoZ needed a private delivery management app that could connect ecommerce orders with day-to-day dispatch work. The system had to support admin users, delivery drivers, and order updates without forcing staff to manage the workflow through scattered messages or spreadsheets.
Challenge
The operational problem was coordination. Orders needed to move from the ecommerce side into a delivery workflow where drivers could be assigned, routes could be managed, and delivery progress could be checked by the office team.
Solution
The app was built around the roles that use it: administrators manage orders and assignments, while drivers work from a mobile-friendly interface in the field. API integration keeps the ecommerce and delivery sides aligned, reducing manual re-entry and making the status of work easier to follow.
Outcome
AtoZ gained a practical final-mile workflow that links orders, dispatch decisions, and driver activity in one place. The case study screenshots focus on the app interface and the operational workflow instead of generic performance claims.
Project Screens
Screens from the delivery workflow, showing how the operational app supports dispatch, route visibility and driver activity.
