Energy Retrofit Ireland needed a private office web app to bring leads, projects, communication shortcuts, and remote team workflows into one operational interface. The app was designed for staff who needed to move quickly between maps, lists, client records, and external tools.

Challenge

The business needed more than a public website. Lead and project information had to be visible to the team, usable away from the desk, and connected to the tools already used for email, files, and client communication. The interface also had to keep sensitive customer information practical without exposing it publicly.

Solution

The app groups the key working views into a single navigation: projects map, projects list, leads list, leads map, site stats, and office shortcuts. Staff can open Gmail, Google Drive, Titan email, add new clients, and move between work queues from the same controlled interface.

Outcome

The result is an internal platform that supports remote coordination, keeps lead and project work visible, and reduces the need to jump between disconnected tools during the working day.
